How do I pay my fees?

All players and parents are required to set up a direct debit with the club using the GoCardless system. This ensures smooth and timely payment of membership fees.

What happens if I leave the club or am removed?

If a player or parent decides to leave the club or is removed for any reason, it is their responsibility to cancel any direct debits set up with the club. Portsmouth & Southsea Futsal Club will not issue refunds for payments made after departure.

What happens if I want to put my membership on hold?

We understand some players may be out due to injuries, holiday or other circumstances that may see you or your child to not be involved in the club programme for over a month, therefore you may want to freeze your membership. To do this please notify us at contact@portsmouthfutsal.com explaining the circumstances then you will have to cancel your direct debit. Once you are committed to returning please notify the club and then re-register your direct debit. Portsmouth & Southsea Futsal Club will not issue refunds for any membership fees, it is solely down to the individual to stay in charge of their membership payments.

Is Futsal suitable for everyone?

While Futsal is open to players of all abilities, it is a fast-paced game that may not suit everyone. Our sessions are open to players who ideally suit the nature of the game. For youth players, our sessions focus on development, but some may find the speed of the game challenging initially.

Are there any free services offered by the club?

No, Portsmouth & Southsea Futsal Club does not offer any free services. All members contribute financially to the club to ensure its efficient operation and continued development.

How do I get club kit?

Players must adhere to the kit policy of the club and contact us directly to arrange purchases of training kit. This ensures uniformity and professionalism within the club.

When are youth sessions held?

Youth sessions are held during school term time only. This ensures consistency in training schedules and allows players to balance their academic and sporting commitments effectively. External activities like tournaments or fixtures may occur during some half terms or holidays.
